Extended Reality (XR)-aided teleoperation has shown its potential in improving operating efficiency in mission-critical, rich-information and complex scenarios. The multisensory XR devices and robots introduce several new types of traffic with unique quality-of-service (QoS) requirements, which are expected to be addressed through 6G cellular connectivity.

In this talk, we will first introduce our vision and testbed for the XR-aided teleoperation system under cellular connectivity.  We will then present several novel machine learning solutions designed for cellular-connected virtual reality/unmanned-aerial vehicles networks to guarantee these performance requirements.
