Alexander Wong

Alexander Wong, P.Eng., is currently the Canada Research Chair in the area of Artificial Intelligence, Member of the College of the Royal Society of Canada, Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Fellow of the International Society for Design and Development in Education, co-director of the Vision and Image Processing Research Group, and a professor in the Department of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.  He has authored over 600 scientific articles, as well as patents, in various fields such as computational imaging, artificial intelligence, computer vision, robotics, and multimedia systems.
